Carlos Williams, sought in armed robbery of Rascal House Pizza in Euclid: FBI's Most Wanted By Mary Ann Whitley, The Plain Dealer July 05, 2009, 6:25PM

A police task force is looking for Carlos Williams, accused of armed robbery of the Rascal House Pizza in Euclid.

Williams is accused of jumping the counter of the Euclid Avenue restaurant, striking a worker in the face with a gun and leaving with an undisclosed amount of money.

Williams is 20, 6 feet 1 and 160 pounds. He has reportedly been seen on the East Side of Cleveland.

Anyone with information about Williams or other fugitives should call the Cleveland/Cuyahoga Fugitive/Gang Task Force at 216-522-1400. Callers' identities will remain confidential. Reward money is available.

The task force consists of members of the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office, FBI, Cleveland Police Department, Ohio Adult Parole Authority and the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority Police Department. It works to find and arrest fugitives charged with such crimes as homicide, bank robbery, robbery, kidnapping, rape/sexual assault, felonious assault and arson.

Fugitive of the week and no pic? Trying to get us to buy a paper just to see the face of some worthless thug?

Euclid has been the lucky recipient of some of the most worthless excuses for life (cannot say human) over the last few years. Both white and black. Crime has absolutely skyrocketed, breakins are common. Robbery is more common, and murders have increased. It is foolish not to be armed in Euclid.

Housing has gone from lower middle class to ghetto, with several properties selling for under 10k--livable properties. The city is tearing down slums 10 at a time, with 70 on the block as a start. Population has fallen almost in half as those that can leave. K&D has played the city for a fool with their real estate scams and have filled the lakeshore highrises with section 8--open air drug markets at the lakeshore Sunoco, complete with gangs and violence. E 185th is a ghost town now, except for the red clad gang at mohawk ave. The shpping centers remind me of Forest Hills/Euclid in East Cleveland.
