My husband backed into pole while at the grocery store, our car is totaled. I just want to know if the insurance going to cover this, we do have full coverage on the car? Will our auto insurance payments go up in Gaithersburg, MD?

Fire investigators mishandled several aspects of an investigation of a former assistant chief following a four-vehicle collision on Interstate 270 last November in which one witness says the fire official smelled of alcohol, according to a report released Friday by Montgomery County's inspector general.The report by Inspector General Thomas J. Dagley says investigators did not interview several eyewitnesses, including the first police officer to arrive at the scene of the crash involving Gregory J. DeHaven on Nov. 30.
The inspector general investigated the incident following allegations by county employees and others that the crash was not properly investigated.
William J. Chen Jr., an attorney listed in online court records for DeHaven, could not be reached for comment early Monday afternoon. No telephone numbers for DeHaven could be found.
Assistant Chief Scott Graham said no one from Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service could comment on the report since it is an
